Any North South Skirmish Association shooters in the Charleston area?

N-SSA don't actually reenact. It's competing with period weapons or repros.

Not sure what it all entails to form a N-SSA team, have to look into it.

If there were enough people interested, maybe even try to form a North South Skirmish team out of the Charleston area even.

Very cool. I missed that event unfortunately. Dixie Gunworks sells pretty nice repros though.

I was in the North South Skirmish Association for a little while before we moved. Haven't seen anyone shooting that in this area.

I have an 1853 Remington pistol repro in .44, use to fire it a lot. Been wanting a smith carbine or a Maynard carbine to shoot. Seeing if anyone in the area liked shooting these type of firearms.

I just got a Uberti 1873 in 44-40. Been wanting to get a single action revolver in .45. Thought it would be fun to try out. Kind of new to the Summerville area.

Finally ordered a lower parts kit and stock. I bought a stripped Roggio a couple of years ago. Heard a lot of them are out of specs. Anyone have any experience with them?
