I haven't tried it, but read some reviews on it and it's not all that good of ammo. Probably o.k. for range ammo, but I wouldn't trust it in your carry gun from everything I've read on it. Just my thoughts.

I'll never own another Springfield of any kind ! I bought the 911 in .380. Loved the gun, how it felt, and shot.....but at 7 yds. it shot about a foot low / left ! I called Springfield and they wanted the gun back. I sent it to them and they agreed that the gun was shooting really bad off...

Good luck on finding a "cheap" one ! I paid $700 for the Browning and $600 for the SA. Of course these were new guns. And, the factory knew the problems with the guns as I talked to them personally on the phone and still they (the factory) couldn't fix my problems. I was in the sporting...

I've got several dependable self defense guns ....... Ruger LC9s, Glock 42, Glock 43X, Ruger LCPll, and a few .22's and one .22 mag. Just never will trust the Browning & SA guns that I've mentioned in the past and have since gotten rid of. Happy Easter my friend.

Yea, Babboonbobo, if I ever go 1911 .380 again, I'll go the Rock Island Baby Rock route. Never a Browning or SA again ! !

With all the problems I had with 2 different Browning 1911 .380's and 2 different SA 911 .380's, I'd rather have the sharp stick.....LOL ! At least the sharp stick is dependable ! !

I use to also, Parausa, but age, health issues, etc., have me limited on what guns I can rack the slide on now. All mine now are .22's, .380's, and 9mm's.
