    Less than $1000 out of the box with best trigger

    I'd look into the BUL Armory lineup. Their Tac Gov model retails for $890 and their regular Gov model retails for $830 with options on caliber, finish, bull or bushing barrel, etc. Check out some of the new reviews on YouTube of them.
