I went to COOPs anniversary party a couple of years ago and they ran their gran sport porter through a filter full of coffee beans as it was being dispensed. It was very tasty. I would drink it in place of my morning coffee!!! I kegged the 10 gallons of beer today!!! Now the hard part is waiting...

Belgians are some of my favorite beers. IPAs and pale ales also rank near the top.

I'm glad to see some fellow home brewers on here. I'm currently fermenting a blueberry porter and a Belgian strong ale. They should be ready to drink around late February early March.

There is an app for iPhone (and I assume android) called untapped. You can rate beers and add and follow your friends to see what beers they are drinking.

Go to the local hardware store and get some 3 or 4 inch deck screws to replace the 1/2 screws that hold the strike plates(both door knob and deadbolt)on the door jamb. Make sure the screws are long enough to penetrate the 2X4 or 2X6 behind the door frame. This little modification works extremely...
