Is there an online sign up?

Does anyone know where I can find a Smith and Wesson Shield 9mm? I have checked at Heartland Outdoors, H&H, Academy, and Outdoor America.

I am not sure why it wont let me do the online registration. It is saying that tickets are unavailable.

Burk- it is burnt bronze. There are many colors to choose from though, this is my favorite one!
