Not really...they've been doing business in the US and working with other companies within the US firearms industry for 30 years. Actually, not only are they involved with US industries, but they are a global presence. I'm pretty sure language isn't a barrier at this point.

Was talking more of smaller optics-ready handguns that lose the rear irons when installing an optic. Yes, that's why I said, "I'd probably be point-shooting anyways".

Recently went optic on my carry gun, too (it's my first optic on a handgun), on a Bul Armory SAS II UL 3.25". I went with the HS507K-X2-ACSS. This optic doesn't have the chevron, but a 3 MOA dot. I lose the rear irons when using an optic on this handgun, though. The optic has a built-in rear...

My take-away from his comments is that there is NO customer support for any firearm you buy from Alpha Foxtrot. Two folks in this thread couldn't reach customer support, and the OP couldn't reach the parent company either. IMO, that's bad. It's not a problem until you need support, then...

Was considering the S15 until I read this thread. The S15 (needless to say) is no longer an option for me. Whatever happened with your issue? Was it resolved? Were you ever able to reach customer support?
