100% correct - if the US arm reports to the Korean arm of the company and neither return calls efficiently - the market will take care of them.

I feel bad but will never have these problems… I buy Wilson Combat and Springfield Armory, all of my 1911’s are from these two companies. I don’t believe in buying Chinese knives or Korean or Turkish guns precisely for this reason - limited access to the company and a completely u known future...

Looks like this is a South Korea owned company - that doesn’t sound promising from a customer service perspective. Not a dig to South Korea but the location (coverage in the US) and language barriers may be a problem.
