I don't know what problems you have had with Kimber but I owned a Kimber TLE II and had no problems with it. It was very accurate and reliable. It shot very well.
All of the 1911's I have are below the $1000 limit. They
are as follows:
1. Taurus 1911 Commander 45 ACP
2. Two SDS 1911A1's 45 CP
3. Two Ruger SR1911 LW Commanders 45 ACP
4. Inland 1911 45 ACP
5. Two Colt 70 series (re-issued) FS 45ACP
I have no problems with any of these guns that I...
I have one. To me, it is a very good shooter. I have had mine for about a year. This is my second one. It shoots very well. Mine was used for a very reasonable price. This is the gun I am talking about.
I have 2 SDS 1911A1's. I have shot one of them. It shoots very. I would put it up against my
Colt 70 series or my Springfield Loaded. All of my 1911's are in 45 acp
I got to take SR1911 CMD out about three weeks ago. It shoots very well. A friend of mine tells me that I shoot it better than any of my other
1911 45's.
Here is a list of my other 1911's:(all are 45's)
Colt 70 series-shot
Para-Ord LDA (FS)-shot
Ruger SR1911 (FS)
Ruger LW CMD
Ruger CMD
Kimber...
No, you are not. I have 3..... Fullsize 1911, LW Commander and regular Commander. All in 45 ACP. The LW Commander and fullsize 1911 both shoot very well. I just bought the Commander today, so haven't had the chance to take it out.
