Yeah I have an old Marlin model 60 for plinking and I bought a Tikka T1x for squirrel hunting so I don’t really have a need for the TD. I’d sell the Marlin but it’s not worth enough to bother so I’m selling the TD lol.

I’m not a lawyer but from what I understand there is no law stating it is illegal so therefore it is de facto legal. That being said, it probably won’t end well for you.
