Unless they change the wording, the only way you can take them shooting is with a rifle or shotgun if this bill passes.

What I find disturbing in this bill is the rights it takes away from parents in section 1273 it makes it a crime for anyone including a parent to allow a minor (under age 18) to "possess any of the arms or weapons designated in Section 1272 of this title, except rifles or shotguns." This...

I think what this is trying to cover is those accidental times that you reach for something off a shelf and you expose your concealed gun. correct me if I am wrong?
