First off I'm not specifically for making sure guns get into the hands of the homeless but I believe they are free to do as they see fit with their money or lack of. The reason I'm writing this is because I was considering earlier that to purchase a firearm you are required to give an address on a 4473 but obviously this presents a problem for the homeless as they do not have an address and precludes them from bearing arms since they cannot carry them without a concealled carry permit which they probably cant get without having an address either and cannot store them in a home that they do not have. Again I realize that the homeless probably have bigger concerns such as trying to get food or a roof over their head then buying a firearm. This is just a hypothetical question.
