Councilman David Britt said the ordinance will only pertain to discharging weapons is subdivisions, so not all Spartanburg County residents will be impacted.

what i dont get,

obviously some one IN the county that lives near the city is shooting in their backyard or there is a dump people are shooting at.

instead of a new law or ordanance why arent these desperados captured and dealt with for endangering people IN the city?

I moved to SC from CT to escape this BS....I can't believe it is happening in SC, incrementalism laws is how this $hit starts and ends up with registration. Need to stop this "to protect the children" in its tracks.

If they didn't make it such a pain to get a supressor, this wouldn't be an issue.
