Gander Mountain in North Charleston has some K31's sitting off to the far right of the used guns counter. I can tell you mine is my best shooting milsurp, and at $300ish, they're relatively a bargain. Surplus ammo is match grade and $.50/round; You can also get Privi, Sellier, and other commercial loadings in reloadable brass and can use 7.62 bullets.
