Volunteers are needed to help clean and set up the main clubhouse for the Friends of NRA meeting. If you can help on any of the following dates, let me know.

The High Power Division is in need of volunteers to help repair targets on 3/3/12 at 9.00AM. If you can help with this project, let Jack Arborgast know.

The Training Division is in need of volunteers to help with the Civil Air Patrol Cadets on 3/17 & 3/18 @ 8AM each day. Volunteers are needed to help with line safety. If you can help either one of these days, let Jack know.

The Bullseye Division is in need of volunteers on 3/17/12 @ 8AM to help as Line Safety Officers for their match.

The Silhouette Division is in need of volunteers on 3/24 @ 9 AM til 3 PM for a workday on the Silhouette Range.

The Training Division is in need of volunteers to help as Line Safety Officers for the BSA Troops 89 & 374 on Saturday, 3/31. We will meet at the Shotgun Clubhouse at 8 AM for a safety briefing.

Volunteers are needed to help with a match at the Silhouette Range on Sunday, 4/1 at 8:30 AM.

The High Power Division is in need of volunteers for the CMP Games. 4/12 thru 4/15 @ 7:30 AM. Volunteers will be helping on the firing line and also in the pits.

The Silhouette Division is in need of volunteers to help with a match on 4/14 @ 8:00 AM. If you can help with this event, let Jack know.

The Youth Division is in need of volunteers to help with the 4H Spring Skeet Shoot on 4/28/12 @ 8.00 AM. Volunteers will be needed to help pull and score, load targets, clean the fields, dump trash, etc.

The Bullseye Division is in need of volunteers to help with a match on 6/16 @ 8AM. Volunteers will be helping to watch for safety on the line and should be through by 3PM.

The Shotgun Division is in need of volunteer to repair water leak at RV stalls #9 & #10. This needs to be done before Saturday since we are having the Sooner Open and there will be many RV's coming in. Currently we have the water shut off to all the RV stalls. We are planning a [short] workday this coming Sunday 7-1-12 starting about 8:30 and working no later than noon. That way we will miss most of the heat.

Projects will include:
- General cleaning of all bays
- Weedeating
- Mowing if needed including 300 bay
- Wall repair/recovering
- Fenced enclosure cleaning
- Metal building cleaning
- Trailer cleaning
- Plate rack repair
- 300 yard plate repair

The OKCGC will be the host for this years IHMSA World Championship Pistol Silhouette Match 7/13-20. There are over 600 entries, so the Silhouette Division is need of 6 volunteers each day. Volunteers will need to be at the Silhouette Range at 7:30 each day. Volunteers will be helping to reset targets, watch for line safety and general help. This will be a great way to get in your workday and also watch the "best of the best" shooting

The Archery Division is in need of volunteers for the 3D archery match on 8/18 & 8/19.

Volunteers are needed for the following shifts:

• 8/18-7:30 til 1:00
  
• 8/18-12:30 til 5:30
  
• 8/19-7:30 til 1:00
  
• 8/19-12:30 til 5:30
  
• 8/19-4:00 til 6:00

Volunteers working the 7:30 and 12:30 shifts should bring a comfortable chair, something to read and their archery equipment, as there will be time to practice during their shift. Volunteers working the shift on 8/10 at 4:00 will be pulling targets and closing down the range, so should be prepared for some physical activity. If you can help either day, with any of these shifts, let Jack know.
