On Sunday John Zurek set three new civilian records at a 2700 match in AZ at the Phoenix Rod and Gun Club.

New records are

Center Fire Pistol:
Slow Fire - 199-11X
CF Aggregate - 895-56X

Match Aggregate - 2679-167X

The old civilian record was 2677-154X set in 1987. The current overall match aggregate record is 2680-159X in the open category set by Hershel Anderson in 1974.

That is one of the appeals of Bullseye to me, no one has ever shot a perfect score so it is still out there to be acheived.

If anyone is interested here are all the Bullseye national records (of course John's records are not on there as of yet). http://www.nrahq.org/compete/natl_records.asp

Just a bit of information, if no one is interested digging through the records. A Oklahoma team holds the national records for the 4 member team Grand Senior division. The "Oklahoma Wise Ones" consisted of Chuck Abston, Darrell Brooks Sr., Charles Meloy and Jack Oak. They set the national records at last years Oklahoma State Short course match.
