I'm watching the TV while cleaning guns and noticed in the movie, House on Haunted Hill(original Vincent Price) One seen a woman locks herself in her room and pulls out a GI 1911. My kind of woman!
If I remember , didn't Sly just stuff it in his belt aimed at his junk ? Best thing about that movie was his ' 50 Merc.worst 1911 user in a movie... sylvester stallone in Cobra...yep, cobra head on white grips...but that's not the problem...in one scene he throws a knife and finishes the guy with 1911, then spins it like a six-shooter on his finger before reholstering!
Yes, yes he did...lol. +1 on that Merc.If I remember , didn't Sly just stuff it in his belt aimed at his junk ? Best thing about that movie was his ' 50 Merc.
I always like the final scene in " Thief " with James Caan . Uses a 1911 , does some reloads . It's a Michael Mann movie , he seems to get the firearms handling correct . Gets his actors some good training .
I see that all the time, lol. What really get to me is when they show a completely different gun than what it really is. That would be on the who done it type shows. You'd think they'd get that right at least. Do they really think we're all that stupid??? Oh, never mind they don't give a sh*t. I almost forgot for a moment.
Agreed, James Caan received training for that movie, one of my favorites, in the modern technique, using an awesome longslide from the late great Jim Hoag.I always like the final scene in " Thief " with James Caan .
