It is so sad when you lose something like that. I'm so sorry. Thanks! You too.....I HAD a Microtech OTF....fantastic knife...alas, it's somewhere on a mountain trail in the Grand Tetons (fell off my pack at some point during an ascent....)
That sucks. At least you have the other's to fall back on.
Sounds a lot like our house. I carry a Kershaw that looks like a baby Buck 110. Its sharp as all get out, and if it gets destroyed, or lost, I'm only out $20.00. It's a great little always knife.Every once in a while my wife will come to me and ask do you have your knife?
My answer is do I have my pants on? Then I have my knife. Just recently she has changed to Honey can I borrow your knife. She used to get upset when I would ask what she wanted to cut. I carry a smaller Schrade Uncle Henry Three bladed all the time. depending on the job which one I open for her. They are all sharp, but a different blade for each job. Maybe a little OCD but that is my way.
Besides my SIG RCS 1911, I carry a Kershaw 1660 Leek. It's not a big knife, but fast opening comfortable, and much better than nothing.I always carry a knife…..no exceptions.
I have had a small amount of training, but I need more.
I generally carry a ZT or a Spyderco. I did get a OTF recently, it's really cool. Not that great of a utility knife, but a super stabber/slasher.
When will I use it? When I have to defend and have no other choice. The tactical pens are worth looking into as well
I never leave home without one.Yesterday I forgot to pick up my knife when I went out, a very rare thing there I needed it to cut some small rope holding a door open but had 3 knives in my truck and got one there, you never know when the need for one will happen.
Nice collection!I never leave home without one.
Awesome display.I never leave home without one.
If in doubt remember rule#9Rule #9 is always carry a knife.
Your uncle is correct.I love old sayings here, my #1 uncle always said show me your knife and I will know you as it will say much about you
