The Belton Gun Club will again host "The Bushwhack", the SASS South Carolina State Match, beginning Thursday, April 6 through Saturday, April 8, 2023. For all the details go to this link: https://sites.google.com/site/scstatematch/
This is the third year in a row for the Bushwhackers and it gets better each year. I'm really looking forward to the Wild Bunch "Mini Match" on Thursday morning. At last report we had 37 shooters signed up, which is a pretty respectable proportion of the 155 shooters registered for the cowboy action "Main Match" which happens on Friday and Saturday.
Open to the public. No charge for visitors and spectators. Eye and ear protection is required when you are close enough to watch the fun. There will be vendors including good ice cream and a BBQ truck, axe throwing and of course cowboy clothing and accessories, bullets and reloading supplies.
