yeah, i couldnt believe that was what was being said.

most people will see "loophole" and believe you and i did something which handed this guy a gun.

More like there's some "trick" to get around a NICS check. In this case, the local LEA and FBI employees screwed up. Trash in, trash out. What kind of system can prevent that, other that BAN ALL GUN SALES.

The FBI dropped the ball while simultaneously being the only people that should have guns due to their professionalism.

So the ATF gave guns to drug cartels.

The FBI gave guns to church shooters.

These guys aren't really making a good case for why the rest of us should turn in our guns and rely on the government to protect us.

'ya think? I'd rather depend on myself. Looks like I'd be just as well off anyhow.
